Letters of Change

A weekly space for happiness, self-trust & the art of living well

Hello and welcome, Reader!

People seek professional help not because they are lazy.

Or broken.

Or unmotivated.

They come because they care. And they’re unclear.

They often know one thing very well:

what they don’t want anymore.

But when it comes to what’s next, the answer is:

“I don’t know.”

The Woman Who Only Knew One Answer

Some years ago, I met a woman at a workshop I was running with international partners.
She was the head of accounting in a company and came with her boss — an owner of a small business — because the audience was entrepreneurs seeking integral transformation for their companies and teams.

After the workshop, she reached out to me and asked for coaching.

She was very clear about one thing:

🛑 Her chapter as an accountant was over.

But every time I asked about alternatives…
about possible futures…
about scenarios for her next chapter…

She answered the same way:

“I don’t know.”

We tried many things.
Books. Journaling. Retreats. Reflection exercises.

Nothing worked.

And still — she kept coming.

Not because she had answers.
But because something in her didn’t want to disappear into numbness.

The Breakthrough

One day, instead of asking her to think, I invited her to imagine.

I said:

“Let’s make a movie about your next chapter.
Not logically. Not realistically. Just visually.”

We had tried similar things before, and they failed.
But this time… something shifted.

Slowly, gently, she started to see herself in a different role:

Not as an accountant.
But as a professional who helps people solve complex financial and ERP problems.

At first, she didn’t believe it.

But then she remembered:

• she had always been strong in math
• she loved structure and systems
• she had already been coding small ERP add-ons just for fun 😄
• she had even started a certification course once… but never finished it

The bridge was already there.
She just hadn’t seen it.

Where She Is Now

Today, she works as an ERP consultant for a large media holding.
She supports different branches with financial systems and integrations.

She’s growing.
She’s respected.
She’s happy.

And she once told me:

“I’m so grateful you didn’t stop asking me questions — even when all I could say was I don’t know.

What This Taught Me

Clarity doesn’t come from pressure.
It comes from presence.

Not from being advised.
But from being heard.

Not from pushing yourself to decide.
But from allowing yourself to show up, even when you have no idea yet.

Sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is this:

✨ Choose to talk about your future, even when you don't have all the answers.

A Calm Place to Begin

This is exactly why I offer my 1:1 Orientation Calls.

Not coaching.
Not sales.

Just a calm, honest conversation to help you see:
• where you really are
• what kind of change you’re facing
• and what might be possible next

In February, I’m opening only a limited number of these calls.
So each conversation stays spacious, human, and truly supportive.

👉 If you’re hesitating — not because you don’t care, but because you care deeply — this space is for you.

There’s no pressure to decide anything.
Only perspective.

With warmth,

Elena

Before something truly meaningful can happen, there is almost always a phase of preparation. It doesn’t look impressive. It doesn’t come with clear answers. And it rarely feels productive.
