Letters of Change

A weekly space for happiness, self-trust & the art of living well

Hello Reader!

Over the years, I’ve seen people approach big changes in very different ways.

  • Some start by quietly exploring — trying on new ideas, picking up skills, moving toward change like someone collecting puzzle pieces without knowing the picture yet.
  • Others want a clear map before taking a single step — researching, comparing, drawing their own compass before committing to a direction.
  • And then there are those who leap. They know it’s time, even if the landing isn’t fully mapped out.

I call these the Explorer, the Pathfinder, and the Pioneer.

Each is valid. Each has its strengths and its pitfalls.

Which one sounds most like you?

🔍 Explorer. You feel the pull for something new, but clarity is missing. Without a guide, it’s easy to stay in limbo, collecting pieces but never fitting them together. With the right support, you’ll connect the dots and see the bigger picture.

🧭Pathfinder. You’ve already started, but you want certainty before committing. Without a plan, it’s easy to circle back to old patterns. With structure, you’ll move forward with confidence and a map you trust.

🚀 Pioneer. You’re ready to act, but big leaps without grounding can lead to burnout or wrong turns. With the right crew beside you, you’ll channel your boldness into a sustainable, exciting new chapter.

✍️ Over the next few weeks, I’ll share real stories of each type so you can see yourself more clearly.

But you don’t have to wait to find out which path you’re on.

Take the "Next Chapter Journey Quiz: Explorer, Pathfinder or Pioneer?"

Because once you know your type, you can use it to guide your next chapter and avoid the mistakes that keep you stuck today.

Help Someone Take Their First Step Toward Change

If you know someone who’s thinking about a career change, share this letter or the quiz link with them. Sometimes the first step isn’t making the change… it’s recognizing your type of transformation.

Meet you next Wednesday,

Elena

Sometimes, change begins not with a crisis — but with a cup of coffee. That’s how it started for one of my clients, a 40-year-old senior business development manager at a global IT company. She was smart, respected, and successful by every measure. Her life looked exactly how success is supposed to look: 💼 a...
